Squishmallows and Skoosherz Plush Toys Face Off in Court

Kelly Toys, the maker of Squishmallows, filed a lawsuit this week claiming that the Skoosherz line by Build-A-Bear is simply an imitation. Build-A-Bear filed its own suit.
